LEMORA on DVD - August 31st!

DDD is one of the most popular on-line sites around -- consistently low prices, free media-mail shipping (they ship from Illinois), and outstanding customer service (usually). Their only drawback is that sometimes shipping may take some extra time. But of course, it's free!

Unless you're really into low budget horror, I'd rent this first. I picked it up after reading numerous people raving about it on other boards, and as it sounded good from the descriptions of the film itself, but I was disappointed in the amateurish quality of some elements of the film. Some good stuff, but too much cheesy/inept stuff for my taste. Some nice atmospheric moments though. The film completely lost me when
I just started laughing at that point.

I agree, Shiv Shankly. I'm glad I didn't buy it sight unseen. After everything that I'd read about it, I was really looking forward to it. Last night I sat down to watch it and about a half hour in, I began to wish it would end. "Too much cheesy/inept stuff" hits it on the head. There were good elements, but not nearly enough.
The DVD, however, is a godsend for those who love the film. Enjoy.
