Alladin big box

Do you think disney will make a big box set for Alladin like they did Lion King or is that a one time thing. What was in the box that made it special. was it just pictures or film rells?

I just settled for the Platinum Edition. But I'd get a bigger box set for Aladdin if they made one.

I don't like Alladin that much to buy a big boxed set of it. I bought the standard edition of The Lion King because I didn't feel the book was worth the extra $30, and I don't see Alladin being any different.

Thanks again, Tom!

It looks similar to the Lion King gift box. I'm there!

How about the thread title is fixed to spell the name of the movie right. If this thread ever became useful, the spelling of the title would help future searches.

Love the design on that box. Will definitely pick up the Collector's set (even though it will officially stretch my Disney DVD section onto a second shelf).

I think they did a great job with the Platinum Edition of "Beauty & the Beast," but I kind of wish it had gotten this treatment, as it's my favorite Disney flick.

Kinda sill that the DVD case says "Platinum Edition" at the top and "Special Edition" in the middle

Unless the DVD treatment is considered platinum, but the movie itself is an SE of the movie... so it's the platinum edition of the special movie

I'm glad I wasn't the only one scratching my head trying to figure out what "Alladin" was!

nice looking set. probably will stick with the regular edition for myself, and that set as a gift.

Man, Im such a sucker for these boxsets. I hope I can resist the temptation to buy it, and stick with the regular release. Luckily someone bought the LionKing DVD for me so it was easy, but I know I will probably just cave and buy it.

Not bad, but IMO the menus for the new Mulan set wipe the floor with these.

Wow! I'm definately going to opt for the box set. Great art on that one.

Thanks for the link, Tom.
