Actually they discusses the music issues in a Home Theatre Forum chat, and said that the sales on Season 1 were actually really good. They also indicated that this was part of the problem with Season 2, because the music rights holder wanted more money for Season 2 because of sales being good on Season 1.

^ Yes. I'm tempted by those sets often, but usually keep holding out in the hopes that the studios will actually produce legit sets someday.

How do companies like that not get sued? Anywho... It would be great to see a legitimate release of the remaining seasons. It was an amazing show! This music B.S. is hurting so many releases. Either not allowing them at all or forcing the studios to have to change the music thus (in my mind) killing the entire show.
