I've had this extra booklet for Criterion's Crumb SD DVD ever since I mailed in a defective disc & they sent out a complete new set. It seems wasteful to throw it away. If anyone in the USA wants this booklet I'll mail it to you for free. I'm on the good trader list, though I'm not asking for anything in return.
