Just got my new CES wrapped and in pristine shape sans the insert for some reason. Anyone have a scan or can point me in a direction to print out one? Thanks!

I just checked my copy that I bought from Walmart a couple months ago, there's a spot for an insert but nothing in that spot.

Bah. Could've botched the batch then. While I'd like to have it, I don't want it so bad as to go through the whole return process, esp. if the batch may be bad and the replacement is the same thing. First DVD has an entire episode listing, so I'll just write that up and print it out I guess...

For anyone else looking to purchase, the insert (if present) is visible thru the shrinkwrap at the top of the packaging. Just be sure to look for it first. I saw several at Wal Mart that did come with the insert.
