Need Donnie Darko Director's Cut Collector's Edition Slipcover

Hi,

I'm in need of the white slipcover for Donnie Darko: Director's Cut Collector's Edition.

I was also wondering if anyone knew if they still provide this slipcover from an Amazon purchase or other retailers because if so, I can buy it there.
