Spoilers on DVD packaging.
So before watching season 5 of lost, i glanced at the photos on the dvd packaging. On one of the inside folds i see a photo of
Those that watch lost know that's a huge spoiler for season 5. Whoever designed the set for s4 should get fired 
Has there been a movie or tv show on dvd that had a spoiler for you?

Buffy Season 1 is notorious for this. Whenever you select an episode to play, the DVD plays a line of dialogue from the episode. Invariably, they choose the most spoilerific line of dialogue to play.

The little booklet in the Six Feet Under complete series I bought last week has been taped shut with a note on it for my wife that says, "DO NOT READ THIS."

Anchor Bay's release of Grand Slam (Ad Ogni Costo) makes a point of mentioning on the cover that the movie has "one of the best twist endings of the 1960s," and then spoils the shit out of the ending with the picture chosen for the chapter insert.

There was that Hancock special edition DVD that gives away a major plot twist on the front cover.
I also think the DVD art/menus for Audition have all been a little bit too spoilery. The worst offender was the version Lion's Gate put out.

It's probably less spoiler-y now considering where the US series is now, but it's pretty annoying back when it was released.

People reading back covers should not be upset if they get things spoiled for them, including previous seasons. If you haven't seen season 1, why read the back of season 2?

The Alias Season Two DVD set has a forced trailer on disc one for the third season that rattles off every single plot twist in season two.

Paramount's 2005 issue of The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance identifies the actor who "plays the man of the title." Which would be fine, if the identity of that character wasn't the big reveal of the film!
