CD/DVD Binder storage: binder question

I store many burned and data cd's in some binders I got several years ago that are approx. 12 1/2" long by 11 1/2" tall (2" width, though I'm not very particular here).

I ran out of space and am looking for some similar binders.

I am using case logic "removable storage pages for 3-ring DVD/CD Binders" (stores cd's 2 x 2 per side, so 8 cd's fit per page). If I use a normal binder (11" x 8 1/2" - such as might be used for school), the cd pages stick out when the binder is closed.

Case logic has some larger cloth binders that zip up, but I am looking for something that will more closely match what I have (not cloth -- just a normal binder, but bigger; does not zip shut or otherwise "seal" closed). I have seen some that are faux leather, which is fine but I'm looking for something less expensive than $20 per.

Any ideas?

This looks kind of right, but hoping they have their depth and height figures reversed (in which case it would closely match my measurements). Still -- hoping to find something even cheaper.
