DVD cases big enough for DVD cases, who sells them?

My local library has started putting dvds, case and all, inside x, x, X-large, real thick plastic, heavy duty, transparent dvd cases. I asked a librarian how much one was, like $5 or $10, she said $300, I thought Pentagon and $500 toilet seats. Is she kidding about the price, $300 for one or $300 for all the ones they bought maybe? And what are they called, how do I search for them on Google and eBay?

I think he's talking about those "outer shells" that stores put video games in.
