What is the best way to have a custom DVD cover printed?

Hey guys, I'm trying to get a custom cover for "The Shining" printed that will match the rest of the set. It's the corrected cover, basically. I want it to look as professional and real as possible. I do not own a printer, and I don't intend on investing in one just for printing covers, especially because ink would then be an additional arm and a leg.

Do any professional printing stores allow you to print DVD covers, such as Kinko's?

If so, how much does a cover cost on average to print? Also what is the best way to have it done? Are there different paper types or settings or something to ask for? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!

Since you're talking about copyrighted images, a place like Kinko's might balk at printing these things. Good luck!

Is what he talking about actually copyrighted though? He did say a "Corrected" cover, which makes me think he is referring to one that is not the standard cover, like maybe a custom cover. I don't know the legality of this either way, though.
