Thanks for the info, I guess I will have to buy this in person. Do stores still have the lighter case in stock or will it be tough to find?

from the stores i've been to, the standard case is semi-quickly starting to replace the zippo set. but when i went to my local costco, they had two full cases of mad men zippo sets, so that may be your best bet if you are a member/can get a member to get one for you.

Costco seems to have gotten a lot of the zippo sets in. Didn't see them 2 months ago, and now they are in there everytime I look.
