Don't know about #1 or #4, But #2 is not the Davincy Code Steelbok but #3 IS the Steelbook, that's where I got mine, unless they stopped producing the steelbook and now they are just regular keep cases.

I don't think so, UK got the Star Trek Blu-ray SteelBook. There was a release in the US at FYE for the DVD version.

You can only get Star Trek Steelbook on Bluray in the UK. It's a Play.com exclusive.

Heads up: If you pre-order Michael Jackson's This Is It at Best Buy you get a steelbook case. I got mine today, I'll post pics later tonight if nobody beats me to it.
