Maybe a digital copy? The regular release of Watchmen Tales Of The Black Freighter was one disc while the exclusive steelbook came with a digital copy on a second disc.

Another recent reservation opened up @ my local Suncoast and this time it is Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. The release date is 12/1/09.

[For whatever it's worth] My local TWEC stores were not unable to confirm or deny this release. The pre-order SKU does exists, but they weren't able to determine if the release was a SteelBook or not (at least for now).

next week's best buy ad shows terminator: TSCC s2 as having "exclusive steelbook (tm) packaging"... i know that the website says "exclusive metal slipcase" and i haven't seen the actual case yet, but just letting you guys know that there's still a possibility for a steelbook

looks like best buy is going to be getting a steelbook for disney-pixar's "up" sometime soon. should be following the same pattern as snow white, where the steelbook will be available as part of a pre-order. not sure when it's going to become available, what the cover will look like or if it's going to be blu-ray-case-sized like snow white was. will post more info as i get it.

no, why would it? it's very unlikely the sequel will get the same treatment. there have been many sequels come out that had its' original in SteelBook™ and I don't think that did anything to the value (X-Men 1.5, X2, Transformers).
