Leon cases.

Searched, didn't find anything, so here goes: I was looking at some DVD's and I noticed 2 different versions of the Leon the Prof. 2 disc edition.

Both have the same front cover:

But while one has this on the back:

...The other has the same back with a picture of Natalie Portman sitting down.

From what I could tell, they were exactly the same, feature-wise, but oddly, the one with portman is $3 more expensive. I know it's not a big deal, but I am just slightly curious...

Did you see these together in a store or on-line? I do know that when the 2-disc edition first came out, it came with a slipcover. I haven't actually picked this one up to see what it looks like in the back, but I'll be in Best Buy tomorrow and I'll take a look at it. I have only heard of one 2-disc version for this movie, but that doesn't mean it's not possible that another exists. If you saw them in person, then they obviously swapped out the Natalie Portman pic. I think the one with Portman on the back was the original release. I do remember that the slipcover was unique in that it was not simply a repeat of the case artwork. I can't remember if the picture on the slipcover was different from the picture of the back artwork though. I haven't picked up this one yet 'cos I'm wanting to get it with the slipcover.

If you saw them in the store, and it's Best Buy, then it might ring up for the same price. Best Buy is notorius for not keeping all their movies stickered with the current price.

I've got this w/the slipcover. The front & back disc cover art are as OP linked. The front of the slipcover has this artwork ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/4144F0Z4K8L._SS500_.jpg and the back shows Natalie sitting. I can't find a pic of the back cover art online, the picture of Natalie is pretty much the same as this one: farm3.static.flickr.com/2249/1673328217_53fd664bfa.jpg

(sorry for the lack of links ; I'm mostly a lurker so don't have enough posts to include url's)

I'd have replied sooner, but every time I looked at this thread I saw Scott's reply and started laughing too hard to type
