Contacting Warner Bros For Replacement Artwork?
I bought the Ace Is On the Case box of Ace Ventura over the weekend (brand new) and the cover art that goes in to each digipak is damaged. They were sticking out of the bottom of the case and are bent to shit and ripped.
Is there any way to get a hold of Warner Home Video Customer Service and get replacement art? I tried calling the number DVD Talk has listed, but the swithboard operator who answered transferred me to some woman in a legal department which didn't seem right.. is there a general number to call? Or anyone specific?
