Just purchased my first HD player and was wondering if HD and Blu Ray discs have been coming with disc art. Since Universal and Paramount have seemingly given up art for clear or gray discs, I was wondering if their HD counterparts had any. This is not of any great importance, I'm just wondering. I will say that if the answer is yes, that'd be nice.

as far as i've seen, every hd-dvd/blu-ray disc has disc art with the exception of the hd-dvd/sd combo discs. in the case of transformers, technically the "art" is the same. it's just the tranformers logo. but instead of just the gray background, the background is white and the tranformers logo is actually an image. still not exciting disc art, but at least it's not as cheap-looking.
