Saw the Lord of the Rings trilogy with slipcovers at Wal-Mart. They also come with digital copies. I don't know if these are new or not but it's the first time I've seen them.

i dont recall any of the fox studio classics coming with slipcovers, so im guessing no.

At a Wal-mart in Gallup, NM (driving through) there was a new display of Harry Potter dvds with new slipcovers. They also contained movie money for the new one, and I believe they were $9.

Unfortunately, as expected, they were ALL Foolscreen.

Just curious, what's the difference with the slipcovers? From what I can tell, some seems reflective.. Were they found at different stores?

^ if im not mistaken, i think those are different store exclusives with the same slipcovers (bonus disk, comic, or whatever else is in them).

I'm not sure. I went to my local Fry's and found it. I was surprised to see it with a slipcover. And it was the only one out of six that had a slipcover.

All editions of Fast & Furious come with a slipcover.

It did at Best Buy, and the only exclusives they have are for 2-disc, so I assume that the 1-disc slipcover is for all retailers.

I was wrong. The 1-disc does not have a slipcover. I could have sworn I saw one last week, but they had none today. I must have been hallucinating.

You're going to drive me crazy. I SWARE I saw some at Best Buy (one-disc) with slipcovers last Tuesday. I was there promptly at 10, so it's very possibly they sold out of them in 6 days, as I picked it up on Blu-ray and while I was there about 8 other people did too. Then I went to two targets yesterday and the didn't have slipcovers. Went back to Best Buy today, no slipcovers. I hate Wal-Mart, but I have to go tomorrow so I'll check there. If there is one for this, it must be beyond rare.
