Request - From the Earth to the Moon Signature Edition
Anyone have/know where I can find a custom cover for HBO's From the Earth to the Moon Signature Edition so I can rid myself of that cardboard packaging? One that would fit a Slim5 (do they even make one?) would be great!

edit - I just realized that there are 5 disc in the package, not the 6 I previoulsy noted (and corrected).
Also, I found 5 individual covers for your standard single-disc cases but am still looking for something to replace the OEM cardboard package and save some space!
