Criterion offering replacement boxes, books for Rohmer & Brazil sets
A heads-up for anyone with issues on these two releases:
I e-mailed about the case for Six Moral Tales... Just mentioned in the e-mail what it was for and listed my mailing address. Don't believe they need any other info (proof of purchase, etc).
Customer Service Announcements
The first shipment of Eric Rohmer's Six Moral Tales included a slipcase that was sized incorrectly. The problem has been fixed—please contact us at [email protected] to receive your properly sized replacement slipcase.
A portion of our first shipment of our remastered three-disc Brazil box set did not include the booklet for disc one. If you're missing your Brazil booklet, please contact us at [email protected], and we will immediately send it to you at no additional cost.
