Blade Runner Custom part deux

Changed up the back a little and added a new front. The front image isn't the highest quality but it prints out good enough.

Now I love the original art, but a little change is ok I think. Found these images online and thought they were pretty cool. Let me know what you think.

Wow very nice job. I haven't seen it "up close and personal" yet, but it looks pretty sweet in the preview image.

Where did you get that image for the front? Is that a Drew Struzan painting? Nice job.

Thanks guys. The painting comes from a fansite called bladezone and was done by an artist named John Conway. I tried his website but it was down the last time I checked.

I think I have another Blade Runner custom saved from way back when that uses that artwork. I'll check my files when I get home and see how good the resolution is.

The only thing I really dislike about it are the drawings of Pris and Tyrell.

I can understand Pris looking a bit off but Tyrell to me looks fine.

Joliom....that would be awesome. Thanks!

Well I was a bit off. The cover is apparently only about a year old and is by gbk330. Unfortunately the resolution on his isn't anything great either. There's always that other "painted" poster that Dr. Zaius uses on his custom (a Drew Struzan creation, I believe). That's pretty nice too. That might be a good alternative if you can't find a suitable quality source for the one you want.

Thanks for checking Joliom. Sounds like he found the same source as I did. The Zaius custom I already have and it kicks arse. But that one is so well known I would feel it would be too similar. I suppose I could play around with it to see how it looks. Thanks.

Yes, the Zaius custom cover is sweet, here's the link: http://www.spleenworld.com/blade-runner.html
