2. There is a special place to ask this. I think it's called "DVD Talk Covers, Cases & Inserts" or something.
3. Most of the dvd releases these days do not have inserts.
4. Do a search before posting.

Ill save you the time it takes to search this forum...sarcasm not intended.
Mine comes with two inserts one is for the soundtrack and the other is for supporting the issues shown in the film.
