Miyazaki slipcovers?

Miyazaki slipcovers?
Did Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away or Castle in the Sky ever come with a slipcover? I know the recent waves of Ghibli films came with them and those 4 look out of place "naked" and coverless.

Well it's 2011 now and I think all Miyazaki movies have slipcovers except for Princess Mononoke. Why Princess Mononoke hasn't been released with a slipcover is beyond me, considering it's his second most popular movie.
