Request: LOST Season 1 bonus disc
Sorry if this has been addressed before, but has anyone created a stand alone cover for the Best Buy bonus disc that was included with the LOST season one set. I want to ditch the cardboard sleeve before I lose the disc.

I'd like one that matches the S1 box and includes the Best Buy, Lost Chronicles and the TV Guide discs.
I sketched up a layout but still haven't got around to actually creating it yet...
