If you need DVD disc art then it sounds like you are copying DVDs which we don't discuss on this forum.

No. Replacing snappers, box sets and crappy studio artwork is the reason the hobby began, not pirates. Otherwise you would just find retail scans and crappy covers on the net instead of the beautiful customs out there.

This is interesting though, how do you put art on the disc? If I was putting something of my own on DVD could I make my own art to put on it?

There's software you can buy where you can create your own artwork to print out and stick on a DVD/CD.
