South Park Season 7 cover art is AWFUL!

Wow.
I'm amazed that they have abandoned the well done covers for the first couple seasons and gone in the direction of something so random and awful. I guess as long as the spine looks ok it won't be so out of place along side the rest of the seasons.

1) Why couldn't this have been included in the already-existing South Park S7 thread?

2) In my opinion, the cover art, while bracing and surprising at first, grows on you. It really is in the same style as the others, just taken to a further extreme.
3) To contradict my #1 point, maybe this thread should exist outside of the "normal" thread, as personally, I'm not looking forward to reading three months worth of people complaining about the cover art, a la Simpsons S6. However, this is not a thread crap, as evidenced by my #2 point (in that I have an opinion, but I think calling it awful is overreacting, especially in a thread subject heading).

It almost looks like it's going to have a plastic slipcover over the whole thing with that grafitti being on that, while a normal cover will be underneath.
But it is definately ugly...

I don't know....I don't really want to perpetuate this silly thread but....I'm just drawn to it...
I thought the cover looked terrible when I first looked at it...now an hour later....um...well, it still looks pretty bad....
Hey...as long as those kick-ass shows are inside, I really don't care what the cover looks like!!!
