Do you have a pic of the Panic Room tin? Curious to what that looks like.

I have the Heathers and Hellraiser tins, but they don't stand up straight which bothers me!

This isn't a DVD tin, but I picked it up for $6. I don't smoke, but it looks cool next to the Sonny head I got last month. :D

The Beyond
Evil Dead II
Hellraiser
Let Sleeping Corpses Lie

SINGLE104 11-19-05 09:15 PM

I had both Hellraiser 1&2 and Halloween 5 Limited Tin Editions in my collection, but I previously sold them.

BSTNFAN 11-19-05 09:27 PM

Repo Man

spartanstew 11-19-05 10:25 PM

I don't have any.

I use custom covers almost exclusively so even the ones I had (like Band of Brothers), I've thrown out and put into regular keepcases.

Kocheese99 11-19-05 10:29 PM

I currently have:

Halloween 4 &5
Edward Scissorhands
Band of Brothers.

I've always wanted to do custom covers, but crayon always gets smudged inside the cases. :)

Fincher Fan 11-19-05 11:13 PM

Only Hellraiser 1/2, Evil Dead 2 and Repo Man here. I don't particulary like them.

asabase 11-19-05 11:48 PM

Century of Flight

The Bus 11-20-05 09:24 AM

I've got Akira and Maniac. I'm not a big fan of tins but that Donnie Darko tin looks spectacular.

indianajdp 11-20-05 09:37 AM

Not a huge "Tin" collector. I have the Disney Treasures and Band of Brothers...but I think that's it. Tins definitely are not a factor for me in deciding whether to buy or not.

Geofferson 11-20-05 11:03 AM

I have:

Repo Man
Evil Dead II
The Beyond
Heathers
Let Sleeping Corpses Lie

Dogville 11-20-05 12:32 PM

I have:
King Kong
Edward Scissorhands
Highlander
The Beyond
Zatoichi
Battle Royale
Oldboy
Friend
Donnie Darko
I Robot
Taeguki
Total Recall
Band Of Brothers

shacmasta 11-20-05 09:20 PM

Just the Total Recall (Mars Tin). It's so out of place on my shelf..lol.

ytrez 11-21-05 08:01 AM

Off the top of my head:

Band of Brothers
Hellraiser 1 & 2
Repo Man
The Beyond
Let Sleeping Corpses Lie
Akira
Battle Royale
King Kong
X-Men 2

A post below reminded me of:

Disney Treasures - Mickey (color), Goofy, Silly Symphonies
Highlander
Speed Racer

Muad'Dib 11-21-05 08:20 AM

I've got:

Akira
Band of Brothers
Fullmetal Alchemist

Added: Total Recall, King Kong, and Ong-Bak

Mr. Cinema 11-21-05 09:02 AM

I don't own any, but DDD has the Halloween 4 tin on sale for $11.99. That may be my first one.

feral125 11-21-05 09:27 AM

Don't forget about the Original King Kong coming out Tuesday.

Whoa...that's cheap. I have the Hellraiser Tin, debating if I want this. They sorta fit on my shelf, but take up a lot of room...of course.

Mr. Cinema 11-21-05 10:16 AM

I thought Halloween 4 was getting the DiviMax treatment, but for $12, this tin may be too hard to pass up.

gryffinmaster 11-21-05 11:03 AM

You know, all those look killer and I can understand collecting them ... IF I didn't display my DVDs beside my TV and didn't want my keepcases and cardboard encasing to get bunked up, I'd collect them too.

I have one that is in a "tin-type" case - Highlander. And I give it a little breathing room on my shelf.

Filmmaker 11-21-05 11:35 AM

Supposedly, the Divimax editions of HALLOWEENs 4 and 5 are still due for Halloween season 2006.

Ginwen 11-21-05 11:54 AM

I don't really like them.

The only ones I have are Disney Treasures and Speed Racer 3 (wheel shaped tin). The tins for the Disney Treasures I put away in a cabinet since (to me) they look kind of out of place on the DVD shelf (plus they take too much space, and I'm out of wall space to put more racks).

Snowflakes 11-21-05 12:10 PM

I have:
Disney Treasures
Highlander
Edward Scissorhands
Halloween 4

its a small Tin World for me...

no pics of it........

but i will describe it. its actually more of a metal slip cover along the lines of rambo. except unlike rambo its closed on 5 sides and the discs slide out the side and not the top/bottom. its black metal with Panic Room in red and Jodie Foster above it in white. it has the 3 disc version in 2 keep cases, 2 booklets, and a set of lobby cards. it was limited to 5000. one of the things i like about it is that compared to most tins, its really solid. its not one to ding at the slightest touch

hoop 11-23-05 01:12 AM

I only have I, Robot and Band of Brothers

Yup. Just added another tin to my thin collection of tins. The kong tin is actually quite nice. It has hinges and opens up very keepsakey. A must have if your a tin collector.

C_Fletch 11-23-05 05:37 PM

I've had several too but always end up selling them for some extra $$$. I currently own Akira, Evil Dead II, and Edward Scissorhands.
