Thanks for the compliments guys. Second batch sent. I'm at work, so I'll send a few more later.
I just print out of Photoshop so I'm not sure what advice to give. The settings I have to use in there though are as such:
Paper Size: A4
Orientation: Landscape (duh)
Margins: Manually set the left margin to 0
I use an Epson r200 and these settings work great. For some printers though, you may have to 'trick' the printer into thinking the paper is bigger than it really is by taping two sheets together so that it prints all the way to the edge.
