Re-release insert threads
Post requests for inserts that have been originally put in for a dvd, but either taken out, or replaced with a lame insert in a re-release.

scarface collector's edition to replace the MIA insert in the 20th anniversary edition.
just scans, not trading/purchasing inserts here.
