Looking for clear DVD size cases with no hubs

My wife is looking for those clear DVD size cases that have no pre-molded hub (she's using it for storing rubber stamping supplies). I had a couple of those AOL cases lying around, and the hub section popped out, which worked perfectly for her needs.

Is there somewhere I can buy cases like that (without the premolded hub)? I checked RIMA, Meritline and SuperMediaStore, but no luck....

thx

I don't have any pics, but they were clear, hard plastic DVD-size cases that AOL used to mail out signup discs awhile back. The guts could be removed (like you can with a standard CD jewel case), leaving just the hard plastic case.

They're called Super Jewel Boxes.

Although, I'm not exactly sure where you could get them without the hub.
The site has a shop, but all the prices are in Euros.
