Thickness of paper?

I bought some 8x14 paper to print on, but it seems a little thin. What thickness should I look for? What I have is (20lb 75g/m2) whatever that means lol

Any help is appreciated

Ditch the regular paper and go with premium glossy photo paper. It looks way better and the heavier weight prevents the cover from sliding all over the place once put into the case sleeve. For larger size covers you can buy some 11 x17" (Ledger) or 13 x 19" (Super A3/SuperB) photo paper and cut your own 8.5 x 14" pieces.
