Star Wars: Clone Wars 2-disc cover, Full screen scans and more matching covers
UPDATED JAN 2006!!!
I had the idea to make the movies and everything directly related (Clone Wars) with gold covers, and use silver for everything else, like Droids, Ewoks, Bonus Disc, etc. So I have scanned all of the gold full screen covers for Episodes IV-VI and changed the appropriate specs to their widescreen counterparts. Here they are, along with Episode I with "Widescreen" as the top banner instead of "Every Saga has a Beginning" , and the same custom back as my other version below, so it matches with the rest better.

Those were OK, but I wanted to try something better, to make everything match even more. I hated the fact that Episode I had the tagline at the top, where as the rest of the movies only say widescreen or full screen. I also didn't like the fact that Episodes IV-VI had different style back covers than I and II. So here are my revisions, using the same front covers and spines as above (retail full screen) and revised versions of The Greek's backs with specs updated to match the actual discs, and all with listings for a second disc being the theatrical version of the film for the original trilogy.
I also changed the synopsis for Episode I so now it actually talks about the film instead of just the bonus features. For episodes I & III, I moved the "Special Features" and "Disc 1 and 2" text over to the left to make it more like the rest. I replaced the screen shot pictures on the backs of II & III with the usual menu shot. I replaced the text "is now complete" with "continues" on the Sith description to make everything "flow" better. I also made a cover for the complete Clone Wars (volumes I and II in one case) that matches the rest of my covers. I stole most of the Clone Wars front from another cover I saw online and the back is partly from the retail cover of Vol. 1. Notice that everything has a tagline as the top banner on the front and that everything, like the DVD logos, match up with each other.
Look a few posts below for the complete matching set of Star Wars covers, in my opinion better than the versions in this post.

That is a very nice cover, forum troll. Is there any way I can have a copy of it? I want to have all 7 cases (Clone Wars too) sitting next to each other on the shelf, even if #3 is empty for the time being.
Also, how do you post covers in 3D like that?

As soon as I get my DSL working again, I can email them and/or host them somewhere.
Well, I ended up shrinking the ship down on the top of the Clone Wars front cover and added some stars. I think it looks better.

Considering I just bought the Ewoks movies DVD yesterday and I don't yet have the Droids or Ewoks cartoons, other than scanning my bonus disc cover, I haven't started on these yet. I sent you the ones posted here.

It is the video game art, but it's still the best artwork and the most representative of the movie. And it's far better than the ridiculous floating heads that you get everywhere else.
