Criterion This Is Spinal Tap Question

Does anyone know if the Criterion This is Spinal Tap had the white security tape on the top?

Mine did. It also had the silver "special edition" sticker on the cover

Mine has the sticker but not the tape. I was wondering because the other Criterion discs all seem to have the tape.
