DVD Storage In Binders/Notebooks

I have almost 600 DVDs and I am interested in storing them in between 1 and 4 binders. Anyone done this? Where can I get a good inexpensive setup?

I wanted to get a spinner rack but they cost over $300.

If binders had 150 capcity each I would divide DVDs into genres (Action, Comedy, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, and Horror.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I did this for a while due to lack of shelf space. I picked up a couple CaseLogic CD folders that held 150-200 each and they worked well. I prefer my collection alphabetized so I assigned each folder a section of the alphabet, but however you organize, you can write on the spine of the folder with a white-out pen and it lasts quite well. Assuming you've picked up the folders that have the plain nylon-like (koskin?) material.
