Has anybody done (or is anybody working on) custom covers for either of these shows? Ideally for 2-disc thin-pak cases...

Yeah, it is pretty uncommon for a tv set to begin with, due to lack of quality images. Toss in the fact that only a small percentage are actually recording these to disc(i.e. they aren't even released yet) not to mention finding an artist that is doing both(covers and DVDRs).

Lost was an exception for me. I found a site with high quality images and a friend has been burning them for me and bamm! I have a set.

I figured it was probably something like that...on another site (one that doesn't seem to be working now), I found some Desperate Housewives covers, but they weren't much cop. I may try my hand at one of these, but I haven't found too much reference material for Boston Legal, so I'm possibly out of luck there...
