I used to own it, but I don't remember it having one. It's a Lion's Gate release, correct? If so, LG doesn't include inserts except promo material.

I just looked at my copy - no insert, just a catalog of LG releases.

Well, my copy did come with an insert. It's got the cover art on one side (minus the critic's quotes) and a chapter list and cast/crew index on the back.
