Anyone have a custom or scan of the Up From Zero doc?
I didn't care for the cardboard case that it came in so I put it in a DVD case. Just wondering if anyone has made a custom or scan?

I did make a custom cover for Up From Zero. Its a .jpg file, I don't know how big it is. The "properties" window for the file says width is 1496 in pixels, and the height is 1000 in pixels.
