i want to know what is the best program to make dvd cover

I want to start designing my own

Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro are the best, but you could use most any image editing program (Corel, Paint, etc.). Photoshop is the industry standard, but it's quite expensive. A good affordable alternative is Photoshop Elements.

I use Photoshop to make the images, then use PageMaker to do the layout and print from there.
