I'm jumping in kinda late. But with recent talk about DVD thinpaks, I'd like to get a template for Paint Shop Pro to develop the covers as necessary. If it's not to late, I'd like a copy of the template too.

You can download templates for every major case size at The Den. They work for Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro (and just about everything else in between).

hunting for a dvd organising programme

Oh, I thought you wanted blank templates and stuff for DVD cover designing, stella. If it's a cataloging program you're after, try DVDProfiler or DVDAficionado (the two most popular ones). There are others as well if you want to ask around a bit.
