Is it me, or do the 'Sex and the City' cases break in record time?

So I bought every episode of 'Sex and the City' that is currently available for my wife.

These "plastic fold out cases" have destroyed themselves in the same month I purchased them.

The plastic gets weak at the seams and just eventually cracks right along it and you eventually end up with 3-4 seperate pieces of case.

Has anyone else experienced this? I almost feel like calling up HBO and complain about it and see if I can't at least get some free replacements or something. (not that it would help for very long.)

Maybe if I get them replaced I can reinforce with clear packing tape? :P

Thanks!

I bought all that are out and even if I thought the cases were crap.....I haven't had any problems with them falling apart.

My season four set feel apart, and I ended up doing a little mending with some very sticky tape... seasons 1 & 5 hold up well, but seasons 2&3 are threating to go the next time i open them...

My g/f has all of the seasons and I believe 2 or 3 have self-destructed in the way you mentioned. Shoddy.
