any computer programs out there on the market for making custom sleaves for thinpak cases or other style cases? thanks.

I'm not sure about programs specifically for those sleeves. But all you really need is the size/dimensions for the sleeves you want. Then just create a new document with those dimensions in a graphics programs like Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Fireworks, etc.
