There appears to have been *something*. See http://thumbs4.ebaystatic.com/d/l225...c3eRG5mmEA.jpg , a pic from an expired (?) EBay auction that I found through Google Images. It may be more of a "table of contents" sheet. I believe that's the Special Features DVD visible on top.

I heard that what it came with was the directions for downloading the digital copy.
That's it. No chapter insert/booklet.
The picture seems to confirm it. Oh, well.
It just annoys me when they have one for the first film and not this one.
I even know that later copies of Fight the Future didn't come with the chapter insert/booklet even though the cover art on the back of the DVD case actually mentions it.
I wouldn't be surprised if they had some complaints about it.
