You can call Universal customer service and try - if it was purchased new, they should take care of you. Paramount sent me a new episode guide for Star Trek TOS no questions asked (and I had purchased it used) - but Fox wasn't quite as forthcoming.
Of course, if you just recently bought it, it is possible that Universal stopped putting inserts in - I have had my copy for a while.

Meet the Fockers as well (haven't bought yet, but considering).

I bought a used copy of the Anchor Bay "Repo Man" and wondered if it was supposed to come with anything inside besides the disc. (I relocated the sleeve into a clear case so I could see the reverse side (the mini-essay).)

Thanks DaBaomb for the info on those. Have a few more for everyone (I buy a lot of used DVDS):
The Forgotten
Johnny English
The Godson
I was also wondering if there was ever a slipcover for The Village. One more thing, does anyone know the year they stopped using inserts for MGM, Universal and WB? Was it this year or last? Just so I know not to ask about them if they are from a certain year. Thanks!

Johnny English is a Universal release so it doesn't have one.
Don't know about Godson.

In answer to some unanswered questions from a couple of pages ago. Moonlighting has a four page insert with an episode list. My copy of Monk Season Two has no booklet but it does have a set specific advertising flyer "All New Episodes Fridays 10/9C USA"

From: In Darkley Noone ...
I know Paramount skimps on inserts for all their releases these days, but did anyone get anything in their Star Trek: Nemesis (CE) cases? Normally the ST:TNG film releases come with some ad for ST season sets but I was surprised to get nothing at all this time. Just wondering...

M$B - no
Upside of Anger - can't say for sure but I'd guess yes since it's New Line.

Just got the Star Trek Motion Pictures Collection.
The following came without inserts, and I want to verify that they shouldn't have any:
Wrath of Khan
Undiscovered Country
Generations
First Contact
Insurrection
Nemesis
Thanks in advance!
