Video Business magazine reports that dreamworks has tagged November 5th for release - love these quick turn-arounds!

They had better not put a sticker on it like they did with the first one.

Looks like the CG rivalry between Dreamworks and Pixar continues. November 5th is a friday and the same day that The Incredibles hits theatres. The first Shrek film was released to DVD on the same day that Monsters, Inc hit theatres.

Cool. Its interesting that Shrek and Spidey 2 are coming out on Fridays, though.

Oh, I can't wait for this one either! November sure will be expensive. It is interesting that both of the summer blockbusters, which also happen to be sequels, are being released on a Friday. But why mess up a good thing, right?

the "advanced dvd" was leaked online about 2 weeks ago.. i'm guessing that's why they speeded up the process..
