I'm still in school and I left one of my classes the first time it was gonna come out and went up to Best Buy. I was waiting at the door when they first opened up and I rushed to the back and grabbed one. I am still glad I went up there when I did. If I hadn't I wouldn't have it now.
Is this the exact same DVD that was recalled the first time?

They probably didn't record a new commentary (especially since the old was just edited together, not recorded straight through), so I figure that's either a misprint *or* we're all gonna be going back through that commentary line by line trying to figure out what the writers said to get removed from the disc.

But it's possible, I suppose, that some of the things the writers said could've left them open to be sued for slander/libel (whichever). I tend to doubt it, but it's possible.

DVDEmpire is showing the same UPC as the recalled version. Since it is getting "released" Mid Oct. 2004, you may want to wait for the DDD 20% off sale that may happen in November

Sure hope that's a misprint; the writers were the best part of the disc (un-)released in February, and Burton was really bad on it.

On that commentary, they talk a bit about having studio problems with Ed Wood. But that was a different studio (I don't remember which one), not Disney.
