"Spun" question

Hi

I have just watched "Spun" by Jonas Åkerlund .

I don´t speak very well english so can anyone tell me

what exactly means the word "Spun" ?

In this context, it is a drug reference. Similar to being high.

"Spun" means being so high on crystal meth that you are not in control of yourself. You have paranoia, hallucinations, muscle spasms and smell bad. That is what it means to be "spun".

And yes, I know from experience. The movie was pretty realistic in the way things looked.

In more ordinary conversation, it's the past tense of "to spin," which means to turn around in a circle, quickly (to spin a top) or to weave (a spider spins a web).
