The episode "Chef Aid" is on the Season 2 set, and I believe the "Behind the munu" you're speaking of is on the "Best Of Chef" disc that was released 2 or 3 years ago.

If memory serves, both are on Season Two.

IIRC, Behind The Menu was a "special"... It (likely) won't be included in the season sets... I don't remember it being on the season two set, but I could be wrong.
