Definitely do a search.
If you listen to the commentary with Weisman, he points out all of the extra scenes, which are all really pointless & boring.
A very bad movie, but he commentary w/ Beckinsale makes the DVD worth it if you can get it at a cheap price.

I don't see why this movie gets canned so much. I thought it was a pretty good vampire/werewolf flick. The thing that may have made it weird/strange is that the film may actually be the middle part of a trilogy, much like Matrix: Reloaded and The Two Towers were. Rumor had it that maybe there'd be a prequal and a sequal made.

Ooops sorry for the repost, I actually did a search, but I was searching for a "discusion"
Well I just finished watching the movie, it was good. I think the only significant thing I found was when Selene asked about the girl in the pictures.
I am one of the few ppl who actually loved that movie. Can't wait for the 2nd one.
I wonder what happen with Amilia's blood.
Now it will be interesting that Marcus will also be a like Michael

I loved this movie as well, even though it is not my type of flick. It takes a good 20 minutes to get started, but after that, it never fails to captivate me. I also find new things upon repeat viewings.

good popcorn flick, but not worth me paying more to upgrade to the directors cut

The only praise I can give this movie is that Beckinsale is really attractive. The story is so uninteresting and pathetic. Ive never seen such a terrible cast in one flick before. I blame the movie turning out to be a disaster on its first time director.
