I can't read sarcasm online. Which part is "basically the same disc?"
And is that stuff true, or are you being silly? I haven't been following this one because I was happy with the first release.

DVD Talk Special Edition
From what I've read at various sites, it is probably going to be the same as the current disk, but repackaged to be sold with the newer edition of Dazed and Confused. That's a pity, because I would have REALLY liked to have a version with the extra 15 minutes or so of TV version footage included - even if just as an extra. The extra scenes really added a lot to the movie, IMHO.
Oh well, I need to get the new version anyway, as my current copy has several playback glitches during the documentary. Hopefully, the repackage will be at a lower MSRP, if nothing else.
