Bruce Lee Master Collection transfers?
I tried to run a search, but 'Lee' doesn't meet the four digit minimum so . . .
I've read on Amazon that the transfers in this box set are poor. Anyone own this set themselves?
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...v=glance&s=dvd
Thanks
Tim

If I were you I would wait for the remastered versions that will be similar to these minus ETD:

FOX will release them sooner or later. I had the one your asking about and their average at best. No Cantonese/Mandarin dubs, cut (Way of the Dragon/Return of the Dragon) and not much in the way of extras. They were all basically ports of the old LD releases they did back in the early 90's. I got rid of mine when I got the HKL R2 versions.

I forgot to add that their not anamorphic; if that is important to you. They look terrible on a 16x9 display. Trust me---avoid them at all cost. Get a region free player if you have to and just get the R3 versions I have linked above if you can't wait.
I don't know if these guys have seen the HKL or the new HK release but with all due respect the films look better cleaned up; unless you like scratches, pinholes and uncorrected color.
