I got a sealed Penn & Teller: B*llsh*t to find that there were two copies of Disc 1 and none of Disc 2. Does anyone have a contact for Showtime Entertainment, the manufacturer? I tried to find something on the Internet, but found only the website for the cable channel, with no links to the manufacturing arm. Anybody know how to contact these folks and request an exchange of discs?

They'll just forward your query to the appropriate dept. They don't have a separate "DVD Contact" section/site.
